Furthermore, school education system was explained in a brief speech and teachers elaborated a video illustrating this

Common products

Concerning the project materials, all partners agreed about the elaboration of a final product (CD-ROM) and further discussions were not followed.

Romanian partner just remarked that they expect not to have the same problem as last time, when they were not included in the CD-ROM. CID assured that it would not happen again.

CID presented a final calendar of the future main activities within the project. All partners agreed with the calendar.

According to this calendar, CID requested several materials to all partners and remarks they shall respect the deadlines (please, find concrete materials below). CID will receive all materials except point “Identification of policies related to families at risk. Materials collection and production of a common format”, which must be sent to Francisco Henares. He stated that, although it was already agreed in the Cordoba meeting, he did not receive any material from partners.

Romanian partner asked for similar materials related to social inclusion instead of families at risk. If it is working, it could be included in the CD-ROM as well.

It was agreed that the CD-ROM would be structured as follows:

  1. Project summary (what has been done during last years)

  2. Partners activities description (last years and nowadays)

Romanian partner must send to CID maps and presentations from all partners. Partners are requested to prepare it for Romanian partner.

Future proposals: Grundtvig 1

CID presented the elaborated proposal for a new project (Grundtvig 1). All partners showed their interest in the proposal and they assured they would participate in such a proposal. CID would elaborate the proposal as coordinator.

Romania added that they are already working in a Grundtvig 1 project and a high quality of the Grundtvig 2 final report is necessary for applying for a Grundtvig 1.

Bulgarian partner was really interested in materials provided by Murcia guests and they asked permission for translating into Bulgarian. Therefore, partners would be interested in including translation of materials in the Grundtvig 1 proposal. Romania stated that according to their experience it was not possible. It was agreed to keep this idea in mind for the development of Grundtvig 1 once the proposal has been accepted.

Next meetings: Murcia/Cartagena

Partners wanted to have as soon as possible a draft agenda for next meeting. They wanted to know as well where meetings will be held (Cartagena, Murcia or both of them, as possibilities presented by CID).
